What tools are required for installing laminate flooring?

what kind of laminate? and onto what surface? basically, you need to do three things: measure, cut, and adhere. for measuring, you

will need a tape measure, naturally. for cutting the laminate to size, you'll want whatever cutting implement is most appropriate to the type of flooring you're putting down. a circular saw for wood laminate, or a very heavy knife for vinyl. then for adhering, you'll probably want construction adhesive, which comes in tubes like caulk and can be purchased a lowes or home depot.

if you're putting down wood laminate, you might be able to nail it down. i recommend a pneumatic nailer and 18 gauge finish nails...
