General Question

I'm trying to get on my Gmail account, and it won't load the sign-in page. Any help?

I signed out to look at my other account, then signed out of that account, closed the window, then opened Google Chrome again (I thought my sister was calling me…ugg). But this time (Gmail is the homepage that opens on the front), Gmail wouldn’t load. The little logo on the left side of the tab kept flickering. What is happening, why can’t I get on Gmail?

Maybe there is a server problem somewhere. I would quit the browser and then try again in a few minutes.

(You can always run traceroute to gmail.com and see where it times out.)

I used to have a huge problem with GMail not working properly in Chrome (ironic, eh?) but managed to work around it by going to http://www.google.com/accounts and then logging out, then back into GMail.

It got really annoying, so I ended up back with Firefox, but here’s to hoping it’ll be a temporary fix for you too?
