Do birth certificates include the time of birth?

I just looked at mine and it doesn’t include that information. The one I have was obtained from the vital records office for my county in March of 1999. It wasn’t the original one.

Mine does. I was born at 1:44am. I imagine no one was happy about rushing to the hospital in the middle of the night, lol!

@squirbel, I imagine they rushed to the hospital sometime midday actually, if you were born that early in the morning. Giving birth generally takes a few hours (unless your mom happened to be EXTREMELY lucky).

I was adopted so I don’t know much about birth processes (mom couldn’t tell me) :P
