Is a e-mail sent to the person if you send a question to them?

I like tickles.. Actually, I don’t. I’m just spewing to fill space. I think the title sums things up.

I have flagged your stupid-ass question, lover.

Yep. It says “Username sent you a Fluther Question!” Then it lets you know who sent the question and what the question is, with a handy link to follow to the question.

You can choose either way to send it. If you send an e-mail to the person, you can add a comment and the question shows up in their e-mail with a llink. If you send via Fluther, it shows up in their “questions for you” saying “janbb sent you this question.”

@janbb It also (if you have your settings set up) will send you an email—provided you’re not currently logged in.

Ah yes, I thought that might be true. I think I’d disabled some of that.

Thanks EP.. I don’t do the “Questions for You (810 new)” so I don’t know how it works.
