How do I connect speakers to my Xbox 360?

How can I connect speakers to my xbox 360 to make the sounds louder? Can you tell me if what kind of speakers i need to use? And/or any cables?

what kind of speakers are you looking at, home theater/surround sound? if so, make sure you get one that has an optic input. it will give you the best sound.
