Can 4G wireless replace my landline, DSL and cell phone?

Asked by jaytkay (25810points) March 6th, 2010

Assuming there is a decent signal at my home, is 4G a viable replacement for phone and internet? It seems “too new” to be as easy as the advertising makes it look.

I think it’s a possibility, but it’s too soon. Wait for version 2.0.

There is no true 4G network in place right now. Also, even with new bandwidth made available, the capacity for wireline connection is much greater than even the expected growth of wireless.
