what are the best alternative bands out there today on par with foo fighters, radiohead and the like?

In my opinion there are not alternative bands as good as Foo…but you may enjoy Seether or Rise Against.

The band MGMT is amazing! Sean Na Na is a really great band, and no not the 80’s band. Modest Mouse puts out some great shit, Keane, The Mars Volta, Thrice, and Dntel are all really great bands too.
