Can you buy a house if you have crappy credit and no down payment

yes…I did it. 100% financing. There are all kinds of programs out there including government ones.

yes thats the problem with our economy now but it looks like the hard working Taxes payer will have to bail you out with new taxes so go for it

Yes but stay away from those ARM type loans. After they adjust, people have problems making the payment because it’s much higher than their original mortgage payment…hence all the foreclosures. You can get financed. Just do what you can to get a fixed rate. Good Luck!

Probabbly not, given the current lending crisis. Don’t ask us, ask a mortgage broker.
