Does anyone know the songs on the movie Stan Helsing?

I’ve just watched the film and it was just soo weird. Phew
But I like the song,especially during the karaoke sessions.. (I think that was probably the best part with the best song)

can anyone tell me what’s the name of the songs?
I remembered there was johnny cash, but how about the other one?

don’t have an answer, but this reminds me of the movie ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ where the guy makes up a Dracula musical…which is probably totally unrelated… :D sorry
