There are some I would love to know and be able to talk to live.

Some, sure. Others, no.

Oh a very select few, they probably know who they are.

I would like to meet most of the people on Fluther.

stranger_in_a_strange_land's avatar

No. I’d be a terrible disappointment. I don’t communicate well face-to-face.

faye's avatar

I sure would, and @stranger_in_a_strange_land, we’d be happy to see you and you could take your time talking.

stranger_in_a_strange_land's avatar

@faye With my Aspergers Syndrome, I’d either be silent or bore you to death. I can’t predict which.

chels's avatar

Absolutely. I’ve already met two (and am engaged to one of them), and cannot wait to meet some more. I love me some jellies.

janbb's avatar

I’ve met one, talked on the phone to another, and I’d be thrilled to meet most of you!

Just the people that are in my Fluther.

Yes, especially LD.

mattbrowne's avatar

Yes, both most of them don’t live in Germany.

Not really and I don’t mean that in a bad way, I just like forming my online relationships with nothing to go on but the written word. No voice, but the one I hear in my head when I read their words. No looks, but the ones I see when I read their words.

Some, sure. I came to fluther from wis.dm, a site I’d been on for a few years and met several people face to face. A few of those people I call friends now rather than acquaintances so it really changed my perception of online personas versus irl ones.
