Can app snapp be downloaded directly to your iPhone, or do you need a computer?

trying to determine wether I need a computer or not.

You cannot jailbreak without another computer, so the answer is yes.

in order to download app Snapp you need to downgrade to 1.1.1 and then jailbreak, which can only be done on a computer. As always, jailbreaking voids your warrentee.
