What prime aspect that will really pump your motivation?

Asked by Your_Majesty (8235points) July 19th, 2010

We need motivation do something the best we could and each person have their own aspect that raise their motivation, whether it’s love,affection,self-awareness,or etc. From all of those aspects there’s one prime aspect that will usually/give the greater effect toward your motivation. Mine, would be,the ‘tense, feeling, and urge of competition’.

What is your prime aspect of motivation anyway?

When someone I know dies especially the ones my age or younger I get a massive dose of motivation to do quite a lot of things. Today is one of those days.

Many things motivate me, but one of my favorites is the opportunity to help or mentor someone, and the feeling of accomplishment when I feel I’ve been successful.

Putting an exact time I want something done by really does it for me.
I make a list ( sometimes weeks ahead) and prioritize it and then mark the times on the important things. With a farm and also helping family I have to have necessary things done way ahead of “normal” timing because of “emergencies” that are guaranteed to come up with animals and maintenance.

Lots of things motivate me. The more I get to know myself, the more motivated I become, so self-awareness plays a huge role. I have a thirst for exploration, knowledge, experience so that’s what gets me motivated.
