Men, which is more important: a beautiful face/ hair on a woman or her body?

Asked by Evelyn_475 (792points) November 3rd, 2010

Calling all males: do you value a pretty face and hair on a woman over her body type? Which is more important in terms of your physical attraction? Bigger girl with beautiful face/ hair or a girl with a little less meat on her bones but not very good looking on top?

Can I speak for my husband?

He’s always been about a pretty face. Ass comes a close second. :D

@Evelyn 475 Don’t mind me. I’m going to sit in the corner with my pop corn and read these comments.

Beautiful face. Having a nice body is important too, but when I look at a girl, the first thing that attracts me first is usually her face. It’s sort of like a rose plant. I can admire the beauty of the flower yet overlook the nasty thorns “hiding” beneath. Lol.

I’ll speak for my husband, also. He is always the first to point out an unattractive face on a woman with a nice figure. This really only applies when a woman is being flashy or flaunting, he doesn’t just go around criticizing people.

Consider me following for educational purposes.

In most cases, I prefer the bigger girl regardless of her face.

It would depend on how bad either one seems to be. But overall, I’d say the face is more important. It really depends on the specific woman.

Body. No question.

Facial hair is crucial. It doesn’t hurt if she is a little furry down below as well.

@ratboy You like or dislike facial hair?

I think for me it’s the overall look, probably going on body shape first with a pretty face coming a close second. As I get older, the pretty face part becomes less important than it used to be.

Full package for me. I mean. it’s no use having the body of venus & a face that looks like a bulldog licking piss off a thistle! Just doesn’t sit well.

Actually, all three. you left out the most important part…..........her personality.

Your question has just described my wife. she has it all together.

I have always found the person to be the sexy part for me. I am more turned on by the personality than any particular body part. A strong confident woman is an incredable turn on.

If this raging beauty means big beefy and obese….forget about it. I much prefer a happy fit woman that would then be able to share times biking hiking and romping in the great outdoors.

Why did you assume that a bigger woman doesn’t have an attractive body?

Anyways…...it depends on what relationship stage I’m in, and the woman’s intelligence: If I just want sex, the body is the most important. Although the face and body matter, I’ll overlook something I usually don’t if her body is super hot, and fat : )

It depends on the time and the distance. From a distance it’s the hair and body. As I get closer, it’s the eyes. If I’m close enough to engage in conversation, it’s the personality and wit. If it’s going to be for more than a few minutes, it’s the brains, personality and wit.

Ok I am going to answer this question from the perspective or when one is out in public what is it that makes me take a second look of hold my attention.

I tend to notice hair, eyes, eyebrows when what I first see is above the shoulders. Typically I am not one who has his eyes bouncing from chest to chest but if a woman is wearing something to draw attention to that area I will look. Almost always, my parting glance is at the butt.

I can’t tell you that is this specfic type of eyes or hair or eyebrows or butt that I like best. But those are the features that seem draw my attention most to see if I want to look more.
