Life in general!!! I had 2 great parents & very few responsibilities, so life was a LOT LESS stressful back then & LESS stress equaled a LOT MORE FUN!!!

@LuckyGuy Yes. I 100 percent agree. So much fun. Tons of play and no responsibilities. No digging out cars or having to drive in awful weather and no school. And no body aches when dealing with the cold for too long. Everything looked beautiful. Now I just see work and aching backs. Oh, and I forgot. When you would slide on ice or fall you laughed. Now it may mean a trip to the hospital so ice looks deadly.

Baking. I loved making cakes from scratch. Now I just see too much cleanup so I hardly bake.

As a kid it was going on the ferry to Vancouver island, my brother and I would explore that entire ship.
As an adult the price ,the wait sometimes you can wait several sailings before finally getting on dislike that a whole bunch.

No fun because it physically hurts to do so or because it doesn’t feel good emotionally anymore?

I can no longer enjoy a lot of physical activities that I used to enjoy like chasing someone while screaming at them because I simply don’t have enough energy to spare. I can still see how they are fun, but I just don’t enjoy them as an adult.

Things that I used to enjoy but now just make me cringe or disgusted are some genuinely harmful things like creative ways to cause a mess and shift the blame to an innocent person. I’m glad I no longer see enjoyment in those things.

The Neverending Story. It’s full of fantastic creatures and peril, but as a movie, it’s one of the worst constructed, ever.

Amusement parks, playing football and other sports including gymnastics, being a cheerleader, and eating until I thought I might burst. No, I wasn’t a fat kid because I was so active….........mostly outdoors.

^^ Oh I love twirling, I just can’t forget to smile :)

Eating most junk food. Like pop tarts. Can’t stand them anymore. I still like toaster strudels in moderation.
