As for evolution. Men went out and did the hunting. Beards were great for keeping the cold at bay and for camoflague. And if you like pirates, for decorating. Women got to gather food and materials for living around the camps, they could get into the furs easier. But really, I believe not having a beard is connected to a little bit of DNA on the extra X chromosome that women have as opposed to the Y men have.

I don’t think I would want to sleep with a dude that looked like that much less a woman. The bald head is ok, but the bald/beard combo is creepy. to me

I don’t think that look is supposed to be hot aka that’s not what that designer was going for, so this is a tricky question. I’m not really into beards except that of my partner but I certainly don’t think girls shouldn’t have beards.

I think it looks cool but would look cooler with ear hairs.
