Can a 3d blu-ray player play on a non hd tv and a regular plasma tv?

Sorry, no.

In addition you need a 3-D HDTV AND a HDMI 1.4 cable ( new and improved )

Check the outputs of the player and inputs of the TV. You may be able to play 2D movies on your TV’s.

@RocketGuy The 3-D Blu-ray player have only a HDMI 1.4 output, the output for current Blu-ray is 1.3, the two are NOT compatible. There is no “Channel 3 ” output.
