If I restore my itouch through iTunes, do I keep my upgrades?

I have the January upgrade with 1.1.3. A month ago I got 1.1.4. If I restore with iTunes, do I keep the upgrades?

yea, as long as u stay on 1.1.3 or higher. you might have to hit the sync button a couple times for them do activate though
