Moving to Costa Rica with my family, who has experience and tips for me?

I have zero interest in moving, but the site @marinelife provided is very impressive.

I’ve been but only for a few weeks. It all depends on where in the country they live. The touristy parts and the city are MUCH different from the small towns and more rain forest places. Also, is language going to be a barrier for you? Many people do speak English but if you want to learn Spanish this is the place to do it. I would start with websites like @marinelife suggested but if you want personal experiences I’ll be happy to let you know everything I remember!
