General Question

I am trying to get my HP Photosmart Premium C310 to print but it isn't and I don't know why.

My printer is connected to the internet.
The software has been downloaded on my computer (at it has printed before).
The printer works and is able to make copies.
I have a HP Photosmart Premium C310 printer.
The printer is wireless and doesn’t have a USB cable.

Where are you trying to print from? Is the wireless network the printer is on working for other devices? Is there any way to wire into the printer and print?
