I really wanted to name my middle daughter Guinevere. “They” wouldn’t let me. My ex-husband was named Robin. I wanted to name my son Christopher. Which I did. But I wanted to name him Christopher Robin. Which they wouldn’t let me do that either. Sigh. I guess I’m grateful.
