Avada Kedavra is the killing curse. It is one of the three unforgivable curses.

If you liked the movie, you might want to consider reading the books. This is a very significant and meaningful curse throughout the whole series.
@crisw I read the 5th book years ago…. I’ve lost the ability to read long books and passages…so reading the rest will have to wait until I my ability recovers.
