What scientfic evidence is there for the benefits wheatgrass juice provides?

Scientifically how does chlorophyll interact within our bodies?

Not that I’m aware of. I believe there may have been a few blood/anemia/transfusion studies years ago that supposedly showed some effect. However, I don’t believe they have been duplicated.
