Putting sheet music onto an iPad?

For the musicians, have you done this before? If so, which app did you use to achieve this? Which app is the best for putting sheet music on an iPad?

I have downloaded music as a PDF and I was able to open it in any standard PDF reading app. You can either email the PDF to your iPad, or you could download it as a PDF from the Internet.

You can use iBooks to do this, but I often use neu.Annotate becuase it allows me to mark on (and therefor edit) the PDF document.
