Can someone help me name this Lifetime movie?

It is a Lifetime movie. I saw it about 7 years ago. Here is the story as far as I know: There is a man who must have a son in order for him to inherit his grandfather’s wealth or company. This guy can’t have any children. He has a wife, and he ends up paying his friend or someone to rape/have sex with her to impregnate her. Near the end of the movie he shows her a video tape where he filmed the rape happening. He ends up going to prison or dying (not sure), and she ends up being pregnant. She thought she was having a baby girl but she gives birth to a baby boy. The end of the movie is a happy one and she signs paper work giving her son all the money that he inherited. Does anyone know the name of this? Thanks.
