Has anyone tried the new Flock browser?

What do you think? How would you compare it to Firefox and IE? http://www.flock.com

PS – I didn’t know you couldn’t link to a website in the question.

I will start using Safari after they allow a use of Chinese characters. Much faster load times than Firefox.

I was going to but I found out it was based off the Mozilla browser’s code so I decided against it, those browsers are far slower than Safari and WebKit. I’m also not much of a Social Networking whore, they actually annoy me to some extent, so I don’t really have any need to change…

I didn’t try it because it was geared toward some particular websites and I want to use the social websites I prefer (e.g. I don’t use Flickr but 23).

However, this article might interest you: http://browsing.justdiscourse.com/2008/05/16/browser-of-the-week-flock-impressions/

i tried it but i thought that it was a little too crowded for my liking and since you get a pane off to the left with all your social networking stuff, it cuts off browser space for your main window. i stopped using it

@ Vincentt – i liked the link since it broke down the freeware into good and bad. After reading the article and all the other answers, I don’t think I will be giving it a shot.
