How do you authorize a computer to download from iTunes?

If you’re using your comp, but someone iTunes from another comp.

Don’t quite understand what you are asking, but generally you can log in to iTunes using your appleID and password. If the computer doesn’t have iTunes on it yet, you can download it from apple.
