A mashup (also mesh, mash up, mash-up, blend and bastard pop/rock) is a song or composition created by blending two or more pre-recorded songs, usually by overlaying the vocal track of one song seamlessly over the instrumental track of another.

I asked this question a week ago but didn’t get too many posts. Maybe you’ll be luckier.
UNKLE’s Dolphins Were Monkeys with Ian Brown – not only my favorite mashup, but one of my favorite songs ever.
New World in my View along with several other songs off that album – King Britt is a Philly DJ who took this old album made by Sister Gertrude Morgan and did amazing things with it. The song in my link was featured on True Blood a season or so ago.
Parov Stelar’s The Mojo Radio Gang – I’m not certain if this is a mashup or not, but it sounds like it probably is.
All of Feed the Animals. uberbat mentioned Girl Talk in that other thread.

Also, it doesn’t really count because it’s all done live, but I gotta include Yo-Yo Ma & Bobby McFerrin’s album Hush.
@jonsblond lol that mashup in your details is hilarious. I cant seem to find it on youtube but “When I was 21” by Gaslamp Killer is a really nice mashup.
