Do you think Kinko's intentionally throttles their Internet connection to cost you more money?

What does “throttle” mean? I need to learn more computer-speak.

I think they mean they slow it down so you take longer loading stuff online and therefore pay more. I know some web-cafes in Europe did it when we were traveling around there, particularly the Greek ones!

Nope, even the computers behind the counter are slow.

no…they are too busy throttling their own machines to screw around with the self serve computers. The production machines are slower than the rest!
