Does anything say true love more than picking up a wild rodent for your wife or s/o?

Asked by Adirondackwannabe (36713points) September 3rd, 2013

Mike Fisher and Carrie Underwood had a chipmunk loose in their house. Carrie begged Mike not to hurt it and to turn it loose. He gave in and picked up the little guy. Is that true love or what? Oh and yes, it bit him.

Yesss!!! We had a massive spider in our apartment about 2 weeks ago that made me scream and run to get my boyfriend. We couldn’t find it in the bedroom where it was so we slept on the couch. The next day I was at work and my boyfriend sent me a picture of the spider that he found it. This was very nice of him considering he was very interested in playing his video games and actually stopped because I asked him to search for it lol!

One of my friends had a mouse in her closet, and I got it with the dustpan and put it outside. Does that mean we’re married now?

I live in the South and we have these disgusting giant flying roaches that used to get into our house in the summer. I once woke up one morning to find two of them in our bedroom. I’m deathly afraid of these things, so I freaked and called my husband. He left work, drove 25 minutes home, killed the bugs, searched the house to make sure there weren’t more, and drove back to work. That’s love.

My s/o has to deal with the spiders. He tells me there is no need to scream and run on the nearest furniture, but they are sooooo scary.
