(NSFW) How much do you think you were affected by the first adult content you saw?

Asked by JeSuisRickSpringfield (8240points) November 15th, 2013

Maybe you can’t even remember it. But if you can, do you think it shaped any of your current preferences?

when I was 13 I watched free soft core porn on the French television channel after midnight. I liked soft cotton sweat pants when I was separated from my junior high teacher. I stopped wearing blue jeans.

I remember being very young and knowing which station had the dirty movies (73). I believe it was soft-core Skinemax-type stuff. I used to watch it secretly with my best friend at the time, a boy of the same age. We were probably 7 or 8.

I don’t remember the very first time, though. I don’t think it had any noticeable effect on me, though. My barbies spent way more time fucking than those belonging to the average child, perhaps, but that’s about it.

I must have been around 10 when, exploring a nearby wooded area with a long dirt lover’s lane running through it, I happened upon a discarded adult magazine with spreads of various strippers and burlesque dancers. The centerfold showed a sultry 50s dancer named Honey Bee The pièce de résistance was a full page rear view with her giving the camera a smoldering look and pouty, teasing smile over her shoulder while showing her lovely, curvaceous ass. I’ve been a dedicated, worshipful admirer of a well turned posterior ever since. The only downside of being an ass man is you fall in love when they are leaving you.

Wow. Found a whole NSFW expose of her vintage photos.

@ETpro That didn’t do anything for me. I’m not interested in the slight. I’ve been interested in heniti and mini skirts and sweatpants.

I’m not really sure. I don’t think pictures ever damaged me as much as reading about women’s first sexual experiences, though. I’d been taught that the first time for a woman hurts, so I believed it. And I read up on it online and the negative first time stories stuck with me the most. My first time with an ex-boyfriend ended up being horrible as well. And probably 1,000x more horrible than it would have been if I didn’t take that warning so seriously. So in a way, it was like a self-fulfilling prophesy.

@talljasperman To each their own, said the farmer as he kissed the cow.

@ETpro I like that she looks like a regular woman who just happens to be undressed. Everything is so airbrushed and manipulated nowadays and it really skews our ideas of what women are supposed to look like.

Mine: I saw “The Opening of Misty Beethoven” on VHS during a sleepover at a friend’s house. It’s kind of like a movie-length, porny My Fair Lady, filmed and set during the 70s. It was actually… kind of cool? The main character has all kinds of experiences and takes charge of her own sexuality at the end. The actors were attractive, but they also looked like regular people you might meet in real life. But really hairy… just, hair, all over the place. Compared to all the depraved shit that’s out there, this was a pretty positive experience.

She’s a little bit of a butterface, I’ll admit, but she has a great body. Wow. So nice to see a pair of real tits, know what I mean?

ETpro's avatar

@talljasperman As always, YMMV.

@Haleth @Seek_Kolinahr Real looking still does it for me, as well. Obvious boob jobs are a tremendous turn-off to me. Same goes for shaved pubic areas, piercings, tons of tattoos. They’re fine for those who want them, and there are plenty now that do. But my immediate reaction is “Unreal.”

Dangit, @ETpro I’m going to be on this page forever now…

I think every woman on the planet should flip through that site of @ETpro ‘s

It’s fantastic. All different women, of so many different shapes – all natural, all beautiful, all sexy.

Sorry, I’m having a little bit of a personal epiphany here…

Yes, It was the mid-70’s and I was about 14–15 when I saw a “Hustler” for the 1st time.
Nice picture of a pile of barf on some guys dick. Grosser than gross, thankfully I went on to give stellar blowjobs after that trauma but I do have a sensitive gag reflex to this day. lol

I was about 11yrs old & came across (quite literally) this discarded porn mag on a field where we used to play football. Leafing through the mostly stuck together pages, I saw this guy “Lucky Eddie” who was enjoying a tit wank from a buxom blonde.
I stored the image in my wank bank & took out a deposit later that evening in the relative privacy of my bedroom. How did it affect my later sexual preferences? It didn’t, I prefer dark haired women with medium (a nice handful) sized breasts…tit wanks are stunning though.

I can’t remember it. I never saw anything as a child that was really hardcore and, as I was taught about sex from a very young age, it wasn’t a big mystery to me. I enjoy porn every so often, I feel I have a healthy appreciation of it but I am also realistic in my views about it so I doubt my first encounter had a lasting, negative impact.

I remember seeing my first naked bodies in a magazine and I was enthralled, and still am, with naked ladies bodies. I don’t think the pictures had anything to do with that. I think I have always been attracted to naked ladies pics ; )

I will say that there was a line in the book “The Capretbaggers” (I think it was the Carperbaggers) that was something like this: “and he began searching for the secrets of my anus”. Essentially, the fine lady saying these words was getting gloriously tongue fucked in her bottom. When I read this line I got a tingle there and kinda changed the way I looked at how people did sex. I think I was a soph in high school.

@Sueanne_Tremendous If that reference doesn’t cover sex at it’s most intimate, I don’t know what does.
