I desire to watch a BBC2 special from the USA. How do I go about blocking my IP address to get access to view?

Someone told me I need a UK proxy…

I understand there are services you can buy to do this type of thing….if so, what ones aren’t viruses, but are actual services. If possible to do by myself, I’d like that info.

I’m fairly illiterate when it comes to this type of thing. Kindly explain it in as simple terms as possible. Thanks in advance!
