Of course!

In fact, working out will boost metabolism and burn fat. IBS is a condition with the stomach organ and not so much the actual stomach. People can reverse IBS with a conscious diet as well. People with IBS generally can’t handle processed foods, gluten, dairies, alcohol, highly acidic foods/juices/drinks, or spicy things. I’ve battled IBS, sometimes I win, but other times I cave into spicy, and processed foods :X

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disorder of the intestines, all 25 feet of them.

Yes, get on the best probiotic you can find. It basically cured my IBS.

Sure, just exercise during the periods when it doesn’t feel like you are being stabbed in the guts. No problemo. And actually, exercise can sometimes help get things moving if IBS-C is the culprit.

Tangentially, I’ll mention a new thing I’ve been trying that’s helped immesurably – raw milk. Can’t recommend it highly enough for fellow IBSers.

I wouldn’t see why not.
