I can not open the two web pages：

http://www.rockware.com/catalog/pages/digitize.html

Who would email me the PDF of the two web pages？

The top one – you have a slash instead of a dot. When you replace the wrong character, it says that the software moved to Github. The Github location looks like this: http://markummitchell.github.io/engauge-digitizer/

The bottom one – rockware – does not exist.

The most recent live version of the rockware.com page you listed seems to be in 2006:
http://web.archive.org/web/20060313024806/http://www.rockware.com/catalog/pages/digitize.html

But Rockware Itself does still exist, at https://www.rockware.com/
