Could it be that the food that you are consuming is very on salt? That would make you more hungry I guess and thristy.

Sit down and think about why you are eating a lot. (A paper and pen may be helpful.)

Are you genuinely hungry or is this emotional eating? If it is the latter, food will not work to fill the hole. You need to think about the why.

Are you lonely? Call a friend when you feel the urge to eat.

Are you bored? Make a list of projects that interest you. Tell yourself that if you are still hungry in ten minutes you will eat. Then start a task. You may be surprised to find that the hunger has passed.

Are you angry? Take a pillow and beat the couch screaming at the object of your anger.

Take a walk. Exercise will make you not hungry,

Good luck.

@ gailcalled Thanks that helped me alot I hope I can figure this out.

@Reds; the possibilities are alarming enough so you shouldn’t figure it out alone. See doc soonest.

I am going to call my doctor tomorrow and make a asap appointment.

I bet it’s because you stopped drinking. Do you crave sweet things alot? Your body may be looking for a replacement for what you just stopped putting into it. Discuss this with your doctor so he/she can help you with it. Good luck!
