Why would the lymph nodes in my neck keep swelling up ?

first it started with the one on the Right side then got a antibiotic for that went down got a urinary track infection took antibiotic for that now the lymph node on the Left side is all swelled up an tender?

Their swelling is usually an indicator of something negative. See a doctor ASAP. Could be an easy fix. Could be worse.

It is a general sign of infection, and may be exacerbated by dehydration.
