How does the government support business by developing law that allows individuals to operate businesses as corporations?

It’s right there in your textbook in the “Economic Policy” chapter.

Really, @lynnk – think about it before you ask people to do your assignments. Are there advantages to being a corporation? I can think of at least three without even blinking an eye.

If these advantages exist, then does the government have an interest in the success of corporations?
