What are best webstes for "What food items are more nutritional when cooked" kind of Q?

@RedDeerGuy1 Do they refer to healthy food, healthy way of cooking, what to cook and what to eat raw? I’m looking finding that in there. Do you see it?

@flo No. The site is mostly for tasty meat. Is food porn. They use lots of beer in their cooking. On occasion they make potatoes and veggies

The bottom line is, eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, both raw and cooked to get a balance of the nutrients in both.

Don’t eat raw meat. That could kill you. Here are some other things that you should not eat raw:

Apparently the types of microbes in fish is different than the dangerous stuff in beef, fowl, and pork, although there can be problems with raw fish too.

I don’t eat any meat, fish, or fowl because I am a vegetarian. I would never feed raw meat, fish or fowl, to my family members that have suppressed immune systems. We have to be really careful

I coudn’t make up my mind between the sites I posted in my detail. It’s either 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 of them.
“Cooked carrots, spinach, mushrooms, asparagus, cabbage, peppers and many other vegetables” according to Scientific American.
