Are there any American style suburbs in France?

As per question: front yard back yard, square grid streets, neighbors in separate houses, etc.

Not really that I’ve come across. The detached houses are mainly in the country or villages; cities are more apartments and townhouses. There certainly are towns but the layouts are different.
