Is got enough sleep or did not get enough sleep all there is to how your day goes?

Asked by flo (13313points) February 4th, 2020

What else is there to it, other than the drinks like caffeine containing drinks, being in a very well lit area or not? Is there anything that affects the day?

I have a good sleep if I have a productive day. As long as I don’t have anxiety waiting for a taxi.

Flat Earth kind of idea says if you wake up with a noisy annoying alarm clock then your day will go fine.

@flo I don’t have a drivers licence anymore. I was dis-qualified do to illness. I can try again if I really want to drive.

Maybe you’re not disqualified anymore?

@flo It was last month. It would cost $100 or more to get a drivers medical re-assessment.

Automobile breakdowns and other mishaps, interactions with crazy toxic people, terrible news, slipping and falling, being on holiday or not, company, being sick, trying to program using terrible development tools… so many other factors.

No, but it does make a difference in how I feel all day

I could sleep 28 hours a day, and it still would not be enough.

I meant regarding being sharp enough or not. I mean people could have bad days not related to having had enough sleep or not.

I never get enough. The funny thing is everybody else takes naps during the day, I rarely do.

Absolutely. I can’t function without proper rest. I haven’t functioned much in 2 years.
