What gas is in the air pockets of Arrow and Mirage chocolate bars?

Asked by RedDeerGuy1 (24463points) April 7th, 2020

Is it normal air? Or some kind of nitrogen, oxygen mix?

Wouldn’t it be cool if during a fire, or an athsma attack, can eat an Arrow or Mirage chocolate bar, and get a little bit of oxygen

Looks to me like it’s probably nitrogen.

@Zaku Your link says that they also use nitrous oxide. Or better known as laughing gas.
Also oxygen makes the chocolate rancid faster. So my idea wouldn’t work.
