Why is NASCAR Diecast so expensive?

Asked by AjAsks (7points) April 30th, 2020

I love buying NASCAR diecast for my stop motions, but they’re pretty expensive. The cheapest ones that are new are about $8 per car. Hot wheels can be $1 and look even better than NASCAR diecast. Is that because Lionel Racing is smaller than Hot Wheels, or just because it’s more difficult to make. They do have a lot of details.

Because you’re paying for the NASCAR license.
