A sandwich to end all sandwiches!
I’ll start with bread from Semifreddis. :)

I’ll contribute to that sandwich! I’m bringing some mild Brie that has been cooled so I could make thin slices with my razor sharp, canola oiled knife, then warmed to room temp so it can be spread on anything.

Congrats on the well deserved 20k! That is not an easy feat nowadays. Thanks for being here and bringing your understated humor.

20Kongratulations Bob_ I’ll make you a special sandwich with two pieces of French Pullman champagne bread which is made with Dom Perignon champagne and 24 karat edible gold flakes, white truffle butter and the very rare Caciocavallo Podolico cheese. The sandwich is then served on a Baccarat Crystal plate with South African Lobster Tomato Bisque as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Congratulations bob!!
It’s about time you made it to the 20k floor of the mansion. I’m glad you came back to fluther and keep contributing to the group.

Thinly sliced eye round roast beef on a fresh baguette with hot house cucumber, fresh Jersey tomatoes and horseradish sauce. Here, enjoy!

Glad to have you back!

LOL

I only just realized that @Tropical_Willie meant for everyone to bring a different sandwich. I was envisioning one MEGA SANDWICH! :P

In which case…I’m also bringing some pastrami from Katz’s!!

I’m think he’d like a burrito, and I’m going to research some recipes. Congratulations Bob, on your arrival to the mansion! Sandwiches for everyone!

Congratulations, Bob! I remember you from the old days (were you on AIWOR? Can’t remember).

@bob_ Ho’omaikai! Isn’t it spelled sammich?

zenvelo's avatar

@Hawaii_Jake I Ho’omaikai! is that how one spells “Holy Cow” in Hawaiian?

zenvelo's avatar

I am so glad no one suggested hot dogs, since hot dogs are not a sandwich.

janbb's avatar

@zenvelo @Hawaii_Jake (Since I think Jake asked the question originally.) What about hamburgers?

Hawaii_Jake's avatar

That’s how you say congratulations. In another thread, I offered Bob a spam musubi, and another jelly told me that’s not a sammich. Indeed, that’s correct, but for locals here, it’s better.

cookieman's avatar

Congratulations!! It is nice to see you around again.

raum's avatar

Haha…that was me. I was just joking with you. I love me some spam musubi.

Spammich!

BUDDY!
Congratulations on your BIG MOVE!

I’ll bring some antacid to follow that sandwich!

janbb's avatar

@Hawaii_Jake I thought that some years ago you asked the question about whether hot dogs were a sandwich and the discussion raged for days.

Crab & shrimp on dill rye with swiss cheese avocado , mayo & sprouts. The party will have to be between Wednesday & Saturday. And I have to drive to South San Francisco to pick it up. But I’m drooling just thinking about it. Oh, and by the way, CONGRATULATIONS.
