Are some human rights abuses by governments because there is an oversupply of citizens?

Asked by RedDeerGuy1 (24463points) April 22nd, 2021

Like supply and demand?
Too much supply and not enough demand?
So that humans are not as expensive, special, or scarce?

Just wondering at 12:17am this morning.

Don’t take too seriously, just wondering.

I don’t think so. I think it’s just cultural differences and some leaders are sadists.

Since human rights abuse is at a relatively low level with 7 billion plus people compared to abuses with a fraction of the number of people, your logic is wrong.
