If you could cure any mental or physical illness what would you pick and why?

Depression. I don’t have it but it’s hell on those who do.

@Dutchess_III You beat me to it. At least cancer can be found and treated, depression is so tricky and can lead to horrible situations.

Cancer. But there will never be a magic bullet, because there are so many different cancers.

Alzheimer’s.

Stupidity was my first thought too.

The lack of empathy so many are afflicted with.

I like stupid as an answer, but it’s not actually a disease.

Although I vacillate regarding addiction being a disease, I think that’s what I’ll go with. So many different problems are caused by it, and it, in addition to being bipolar, robbed me of so much of my life. the reason I vacillate is some (many?) find that an ‘easy out’ as far as taking responsibility

Covid

Mental Disorders. They affect so many as primary person and their codependents.

Religion.

Drug addiction. That should be #1 on everyone’s list.

Priapism.
