Does it seem like Ivanka is distancing herself from her father, and brothers?
Maybe she knows how much trouble they are in?
Or is there other reasons she has bowed out of the picture?

I read she is going to take over his business interests. I’m sure there is some shady family business going on.
She wants to survive the Trumpocalypse.
When Daddy and the bros are in jail, she wants to be far away from them. And so does her crime-family hubby.
She’s smart. If she wants to sell pocketbooks or whatever else she is selling, she doesn’t want to limit her customers by having only 50% of the market.
All along (since 2016) she seemed to mostly stay quiet unless asked directly a question and then she seemed to answer honestly even if it didn’t fit in with her father’s schtick.
She has guilt by association no matter what. She must know some of the shady bad things going on when they are happening even if she isn’t doing them. She will always mostly be loyal to the family, but maybe she has some sort of conscience that she won’t cross certain lines?
If she has any desire to be in politics she has to decide whether being a mini me of her dad will help her or hurt her. Back when her dad was president I had this feeling (based on nothing specific) she would try one day for a senate seat in Florida.
What is she doing now that seems different from before?
@JLeslie She used to be constantly by her father’s side, and now she’s not seen at all.
Ivanka has a three kids that she presumably is trying to raise well (at least semi-normal). The last thing she wants is to do something that will put her in prison or get her on the front pages again.
I wonder how she explains to the kids (ages 13, 10, and 8) why grandpa Donnie is such a shithead and why nobody likes him.
She & Jared lost almost all their friends until Biden went into office. NOBODY wanted to be around them anymore because daddy as such a shit. She began distancing herself then & then the court case came up on the business & daddy threw her under the bus along with her brothers. She was forced to separate legally at that point in time so she wouldn’t get prosecuted with all 3 of them. In my opinion, she’s the smartest of the bunch & she is NOT interested in going to jail!!! At this point, I think she is keeping her mouth shut & staying away from them publicly. I bet privately that they visit frequently. She also pissed daddy off when she testified with the J6 committee. He called her stupid which pissed her off, so nobody is really talking right now. Even the stupid ones don’t want to be called stupid!!!

@jca2 Was she out campaigning with him a lot in 2016 and 2020? I don’t even remember. I do remember seeing her for big appearances.
My gut feeling is she’s a Kushner. She’s not 100% with both feet in the Trump orbit. Jared has his own world and his own orbit.
