what brand and type of trombone did JACK TEAGARDEN PLAY ? And what size mouth piece ?

Teagarden played a Williams through most of his career, but used other instruments at various times, including Conn 4H, King 2-B, Reynolds (which he supposedly hated), and Holton.

He actually made his own mouthpieces by machining them on a lathe, or modified commercial ones. They were smaller than a Bach 15C.
