What's the fastest way to get a rental car at Logan International?

I’m flying into Boston, I need to get to a wedding ASAP. What’s the fatest way to get in a rental car and away from the airport? Price is not a huge issue.

Pre arrange. Car lots are so far away, its stupid. Pre planning is the only way to go with Logan.

If its still set up the way it was two years ago, they’re outside the airport property. Mile or two I would say. Had to take a shuttle to get there. Paperwork is done here as well rather than at a desk at the airport.
