How many Hmong speaking people live in San Francisco?

In the 2000 census, only 30 people in SF County self-identified as Hmong. Most of California’s large Hmong population are in the Central Valley, where they pursue their traditional farming occupation

Toward the end of the VN war, villages of Hmong were brought to the US and settled in rural areas. That’s why there are few Hmong communities in urban areas
