Good midweek breakfast/brunch near Russian hill?

Asked by fizx (11points) December 17th, 2008 from iPhone

I used to go to dubose park cafe for breakfast about twice a week. I moved across the city and haven’t found my spot yet. Help!

If you’re willing to venture down the hill, Dottie’s is an institution, and best during the week (shorter lines).

I second Dottie’s. It’s not out of this world but it’s what food should be.

dottie’s would be my answer too. it is so good. my other favorite breakfast places are boogaloos in the mission, and crepes on cole in cole valley. i know both of those are a ways from you. i don’t really know russian hill at all. i live in the tenderloin so dottie’s is like 2 blocks from me but the whole city is pretty accessible from here.
