What is your favorite pig out food? And do you workout/exercise more to compensate for said indiscretion of the culinary experience lol?

I workout more after I eat little debbie snacks! Who else likes those cheap little debbie goodies?

I pig out on chips. All kinds of chips. And I only workout because it’s mandatory so I guess no to the second part. xD

Bacon. A Little Debbie sounds good wrapped in bacon.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. I always grab an extra bag or three at Halloween.

As for exercise, yes! If I didn’t, I would hate to ponder at how much I might weigh.

Definitely chocolate (anything available) and any sort of pastry around my house (pies, cakes, pan dulce, etc, etc.) I have a huge sweet tooth!

My favourite pig out meal from my favourite takeaway:
1/2lb Spicy King Size special Burger (2 burgers in one bun, with dressing, bacon, ham, pepperoni, and some other stuff,
A large portion of fries,
A portion of 10 or so onion rings with sauce and salad,
A small meat feast pizza,
A large tub of Ben and Jerry’s,

The exercise that follows usually lasts a few hours and involves me sitting front of the TV playing on the xbox.

I pig out on McDonald’s Parfait!! Its sooo good. Hahaha. I only can eat it on weekends though. Other than that, I keep my work out schedule on track. I spend about 4–5 days on the gym with 20–30 min on cardio.

Did i also mention pringles? Oh man once you pop you cant stop. Haha

Some kind of pasta meal and chocolate anything for desert. Do I work out extra for that, no. I think it is healthy to have a pig out, or special meal and desert once a week. Keeps me from having a pig out every day. I am at the gym 6 days a week and my diet is perfect, in that I eat only what I should 6 days a week. Everyone deserves a little guilty meal!
